I began working out with Katie Lehman a little over two months as of this writing. I asked them to design a workout regimen for me with specific training goals in mind and also with specific concerns over chronic injuries I’ve suffered common to middle age and was assigned Katie as my trainer.
In the time Katie’s been training me I’ve lost approximately ten pounds, dropped a pant size, and have become noticeably thinner, stronger, and fitter. For every training session I can count on Katie to provide a widely varied routine to continually work my muscles and cardiovascular system in diverse ways and provide me a full-body workout while still paying close attention to my specific goals and also protecting me from further injury.
Her expert and determined instruction in the many different exercises she includes in my routines ensures me that I’ll be able to perform each exercise with absolutely correct form and technique in order to gain maximum effect and prevent further injury.
Furthermore, Katie can always be counted on to be extremely well-prepared and always brings a positive, encouraging, and upbeat manner to our workouts and her outstanding disposition and fantastic sense of humor truly make her a pleasure to work with. Katie’s deep experience and broad knowledge in creating routines to follow give me a far more complete, unique, efficient and practical workout than I could ever possibly conjure up on my own
