Katie Lehman is a graduate of Ursinus College, and has been personal training for over ten years. She has had a lifetime passion for exercise- training in a variety of sports, with concentrations in basketball and swimming. Katie is currently certified by the American College of Sports Medicine in both Personal Training and as a Cancer Exercise Trainer, she also holds certifications in TRX Suspension Training, as well as in training Special Needs adults and children. She is CPR Certified by the American Heart Association. She has worked with clientele with goals ranging from general weight loss, hypertrophy, and sport specific physical performance, as well as rehabilitation for clients of pre and post surgery. She is the strength and conditioning coach for a recipient who placed first in both patterns and sparring in a national championship, and was hand-selected as one of only six female black belts in the entire country to be chosen for the Women’s world team for the International Taekwondo Federation (ITF), an organization with an estimated 1 million members in over 100 countries worldwide. Katie also spear headed the idea for a local special needs swim team and grew the team in one year to over 55 children. She is passionate about helping others not only to reach their personal goals, but to exceed them. Her motto: “Strength is more than skin deep.”
