When I tell people that I have a personal trainer, many people ask me why I spend the money. They insist that a PT does not provide information about what they don’t already know about exercise. I respond to this by telling them about my experience with Katie Lehman.
She comes to my house once a week and gives me an incredible all body workout. She pushes me to do the best that I can for 1 hour. She alternates the workout each time so that my muscles are always being challenged and it is never boring. I like to work out, I like to be in shape, but I know that I will never push myself to the extent that she does. Currently, I have have a lot going on in my life and exercise, unfortunately, gets a lower priority at times.
Having Katie as my personal trainer ensures that I get a much needed, intense workout at least once a week. I know that I am in better shape and a lot healthier since I started working out with her. Having her as a personal trainer is one of the best things that I have done for myself to help me stay healthy.
